1) Access + facts (we get the keys, then the truth)


We collect access to the places AI pulls from. Website, Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, GitHub, reviews. Then we build your “entity source of truth”. One clean page of facts that matches everywhere, so search engines and answer engines don’t get mixed signals.


2) Baseline audit (the visibility test)

We run 50+ prompts across generative engines. Like we’re having a coffee and asking, “Who’s the best X in Y?”We record what shows up in the AI-generated answers. Mentions, citations, tone, errors, weird hallucinations. That becomes your baseline metrics and analytics pack.


3) Fix the “retrieval layer” (so you can be picked)

This is still Search Engine Optimization (SEO) at the core. Crawlable pages, clean HTML, good structure for passage-level retrieval. Schema for Organisation, Service, Article, FAQPage.An llms.txt “menu” so AI bots know what matters first.


4) Content + authority (what generative SEO builds)

We write “answer-first” sections that map to query fan-out. We add proof, stats, quotes, and clear definitions (GEO means your brand becomes the source). We also seed support content off-site, because generative SEO differs from classic SEO.
